Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in C.No.R2/860/2019 dated 30.09.2020quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to allow the petitioner to participate in further selection process and Viva Voice now undergoing.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved against his disqualification in the Height Measurement Test conducted for recruitment to the post of Sub Inspector of Police [Taluk, Armed Reserve (Men & Women/Transgender) & Tamil Nadu Special Police (Men)] in the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board for the year 2019. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the same recruitment process has passed orders stating that the Writ Court cannot interfere with the measurements taken in the Physical https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.4314 of 2021 Measurement Test and direct for re-measurment. Following the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench, this Court has also rejected several writ petitions of this same nature. As such, the petitioner's present request seeking for consideration in the selection process inspite of this rejection in the Physical Measurement Test, cannot be accepted.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
