ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the III Additional Sessions Court (PCR), Madurai to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.343 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,15.02.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
