ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the first information report in Crime No.386 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioners herein are juvenile and therefore, as against 18 accused, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.375 of 2020 by the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. As far as the petitioners are concerned, charge sheet has been filed before Juvenile Justice Board and the same is yet to be taken on file. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
