RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honorable Court made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6011 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8413 of 2017 dated 14.07.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.LINGADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police is also present.

2.A report dated 07.09.2017 from the Judicial Magistrate No.I, (FAC) Madurai reveals the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions till 07.09.2017.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
