This writ petition has been filed only challenging the notification issued by the second respondent calling for objection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the members of the Jamath relating to the provisional voters list. Therefore, it is always open to the petitioner to raise objections, if the petitioner has got any grievance over the same. If any such objection is filed, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass orders. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.27 and 28 of 2018 are closed.
