ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members. Consequently, the third respondent not to interfere in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3311 of 2020 Civil dispute by the petitioner land without due process of law based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.02.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police 1 to 3 would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner viz., Santhi, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.108 of 2018 by the third respondent police. Subsequently, enquiry had been closed directing the parties to approach the appropriate civil forum. Thereafter, the respondent police have not interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7. He would further submit that recently the petitioner has sent representation by registered post. He would reiterate that the respondent police has not interfered with the civil dispute.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
