Crime No.280 of 2019 on the file of the R1 police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped and RCS notice was also served to the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
