PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from establishing second TNCSC's District Procurement Centre (DPC)- Pillanguli-No. 629-1 at private individual land in survey No.77/4B, Thuvaramadai Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering my representation dated 29.01.2025 and the guidelines for establishing DCPs issued by the Government vide G.O.(Ms) No:60 Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (B1) Department dated 16.07.2021.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This writ petition is filed to forbear the respondents from establishing second TNCSC's District Procurement Centre at private individual land in survey No.77/4B, Thuvaramadai Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering my representation dated 29.01.2025. 2.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submits that the direct procurement Centre in question has already been closed.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
