Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.7455 of 2016 dated 03.06.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN,Government Advocate (Crl.side),on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed praying to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 03.06.2016 made in Crl.O.P.No.7455 of 2016 with regard to execution of sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.06.2016 made in Crl.O.P.No.7455 of 2016 and in the order it is stated that each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. Now, the petitioners are not in a position to arranged each two sureties for five petitioners and therefore it may be modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute common sureties for all the petitioners.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side).

4. It is seen that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 03.06.2016 and by this length of time, the petitioners without executing the sureties have come forward with the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition for modifying the condition with regard to execution of sureties and therefore this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
