RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant Parole to the Petitioner to take part in his Sister's Marriage and following ceremony for a period from 28.08.2017 to 28.09.2017 pending disposal of the Crl. A(MD)No. 146 of 2016 and pass such any or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner is under incarceration in pursuant to the conviction in S.C.No.32 of 2014, dated 24.03.2016, on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur, seeks parole to attend his sister's marriage scheduled to be held on 31.08.2017(tomorrow).

2. We directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on the last occasion to verify as to whether the averments made in the petition is true or not. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the said averments are true and that the marriage of the petitioner's sister is scheduled to be held on 31.08.2017.

3. Considering the above, we grant parole to the petitioner for three days from today ie., from today i.e., from 5.00 p.m on 30.08.2017 to 02.09.2017 5.00 p.m. We make it clear that the second respondent-Police shall take adequate steps to escort the petitioner.
