PRAYER :- To modify the condition in Crl.O.P.No.2350/2020 dated 11.02.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court as "But, the same (unconditional apology letter) will be without prejudice to the petitioner's defence in the trial and the said unconditional apology letter cannot be used as document in the domestic enquiry proceeding, if any, initiated against the petitioners" in spite of the condition of "the same will be without prejudice to the petitioner's defence in the trial".

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.02.2020 passed by this Court.

2. This Court directed the petitioners to write out the hand written letters of apology addressed to the defacto complainant. It is stated that the petitioners have been suspended and that the letters of apology may be used against them. CRL MP(MD). No.2006 of 2020 to the orders passed by this Court cannot be used for any purpose against the petitioners herein, including the disciplinary and domestic proceedings.
