O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to direct the fourth respondent to take appropriate action against the sixth respondent based on the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.0112/2021/A3(00), dated 10.12.2021.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint that has been given by the petitioner, dated 04.02.2022, has been forwarded to the District Collector, Pudukottai for taking necessary action. By the letter dated 18.02.2022, now enquiry has been undertaken by the District Collector, Pudukottai. Only on receipt of the report from the District Collector, Pudukottai, they can take further steps.
3.In view of the above, since already action has been initiated on the basis of the petitioner's representation, the petitioner may wait for reasonable time till the report be received by the District Collector, Pudukottai. If even after waiting for reasonable time, if no action is taken by the respondents, the petitioner can very well renew the request.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
