(MD) No. 16955 of 2021 dated. 12.01.2022 to the effect that to direct the petitioners to appear the enquiry as and when required by the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RANI SELVAM.M.E., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16955 of 2021 dated 12.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that after executing the sureties before the concerned Court, some un-known persons intercepted the petitioners' vehicle and threatened them with dire consequences. He would submit that the petitioners' life is in danger and the petitioners are ready to abide the condition before any Police Station near to Kerala. 3..Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL MP(MD) No.2897 of 2022 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court, dated 12.01.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Cumbum Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. sd/- 01/03/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
