2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation was completed, final report was filed against the petitioner and the petitioner faced trial and he was acquitted in C.C.No.435 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
