ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1,4 and 5, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b),468,471,477 and 420 of IPC in C.C.No.140 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial MagistrateI, Madurai seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the absence of the petitioners, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners by the learned Judicial MagistrateI, Madurai.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to absence of the petitioners was one hearing, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners and the petitioners may be directed to approach the Court for recalling the warrant.

4. Considering the fact that non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners for his absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate-I, Madurai, and to file a petition for recalling the warrant and the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Madurai , is directed to consider the same on the same day and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
