O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 4 &5 herein and other police officials of Ponmalai Police Station, Trichy not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and also not to harass the petitioner to withdraw his representation dated 23.11.2015 sent to the respondents for compensation for petitioner's detention in the prison from 20.07.2011 to 21.07.2011.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.603 of 2011 and the case was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichirappalli under Section 468 Cr.P.C.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
