This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct to the 2nd respondent to provide the Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and his property situated in town survey ward A. Block II, in T.S.No.26/14B to the extent of 0.3100 sq.mtr., vide Doc.No.274/2019 at Thirumangalam Sub Registrar Office and based on the representation dated 27.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner he has given a complaint before the second respondent on 27.01.2022 and the same is pending.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondent 3 and 4 and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
