ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are the accused Nos.1 and 2 and they were arrested by the respondent police on 01.12.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 332 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.348 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seek bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that chargesheet has not been filed in this case. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhoothapandy, Kanyakumari District and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week. sd/- 29/12/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
