ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 331(3), 331(4), 305 of BNS Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that totally there are nine previous cases pending against the petitioner in which four cases are similar in nature. He further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is he has stolen the alleged car.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 09.02.2026 KSA TO
