ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the entire records to the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already the Trial Court closed the FIR on the ground of limitation through an order, dated 13.05.2023. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
