ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner's property situated in Natham S.No.715/20 measuring 55 sq.m (595 sq.ft) of Thuvarankurichi Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District and fix boundaries by considering the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2017 and 02.12.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, he claims to be the owner of the property in Natham S.No.715/20 measuring 55 sq.m (595 sq.ft) of Thuvarankurichi Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 02.12.2017 before the respondents seeking to measure and fix boundaries of the property and has also paid necessary fee. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure his

land by fixing boundaries, the first respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
