Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.43 of 2022 dated 05.01.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above and also the fact that charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
