ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's site and superstructure of the property measuring 0.01.10 Hectares i.e. 1185 sq.feet comprised in old Survey no.269/3(p) co-related to new Natham R.S.No.706/4 situated at P.Udaiyapatti, Pannapatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District and demarcate the same by laying survey stone after giving opportunity to the neighbours and all the parties concerned by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2017. 2.According to the petitioner, she claims to be the owner of the above mentioned property. The petitioner submitted an application dated 02.11.2017 before the respondents seeking to measure and fix boundaries of the property and has also paid necessary fee. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure her land by fixing boundaries, the first respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
