ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action based on the Petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2023. The Respondents 1 to 3 had not acted on the complaint of the Petitioner against the Respondents 4 to 6. Therefore, the Petitioner was forced to file this Writ Petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondents 1 to 3, would submit that based on the complaint of the fifth Respondent, a case was registered in Crime No.134 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 342, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 dated 17.08.2023. In that case, the Petitioner herein is arrayed as third accused. The complaint given by 2/4

the Petitioner was registered as CSR.No.262 of 2023 and after enquiry, it was closed on 02.12.2023 as mistake of fact.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Petitioner is directed to file appropriate Petition before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate for the relief sought by him. Since the Respondents 1 to 3 had closed CSR.No.262 of 2023, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 20.02.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No mm TO:
