This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate Contempt proceedings against Contemnor / 2nd respondent and punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.18633 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023.

2. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.18633 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023 has already been complied with. 4.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this contempt Petition is closed.
