ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.20 of 2022 for the offences under Section 417, 420 and 120 B of I.P.C on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that already they completed investigation and the same was closed as mistake of fact and they will file a final report to that effect within one week.

3. Since already the investigation was completed and now the final report is ready, this Court directs the respondent police to file a final report, within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
