These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 211, 183 and 75 days, respectively in filing the above Writ Appeals. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners in all petitions. Though notice has been served on the respondent in all these petitions, none appeared on their behalf.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 211, 183 and 75 days, respectively, however, on payment costs.
4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees 2/3
