This petition has been filed to direct the the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament schedule to be conducted on 19.01.2018 and 20.01.2018 in the name of the Jothi Brothers Kabadi Culb, Mariyamman Kovil Street, Alagari, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year during Pongal Festival the petitioner conducts Kabadi Tournament. Likewise, in this year also, the petitioner has a proposal to conduct kabadi Tournament on 19.01.2018 and 20.01.2018 and for that, he gave a representation on 03.01.2018 to the second respondent. But, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the respondents will consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.01.2018 and dispose of the same within a week.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
