Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20 B(ii)(b) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.608 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 15.12.2015, on seeing the respondent, the petitioner dropped a gunny bag and ran away from the scene of occurrence and found that 6 Kg of Ganja. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no recovery shown to the concerned Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that on seeing the respondent, the petitioner dropped a gunny bag and ran away from the scene of occurrence and found that 6 Kg of Ganja. 5.Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
