No. 7147/2017 dated 03.08.2017 enabling the Petitioners to surrender and furnish the sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and pass such other or further orders as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed in the Criminal Original Petition.
2. This Court by order dated 03.08.2017 while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.

3. It is seen that the copy of the order was made ready on
10.08.2017 and the present petition for extension of time is filed on 24.08.2017. Hence, the petition is filed within time.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is extended by 10 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed automatically . This petition is ordered accordingly.
