RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6271 of 2017 dated 18.05.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SHANMUGASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.DURAI PANDIAN ADDDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition however, he failed to comply with the condition for 4 days and investigation has not been completed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to illness, the petitioner was not able to comply with the conditions for 4 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
