ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the accused and arrested on 04.12.2015 in pursuance of non bailable warrant issued against him by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, in C.C.No.100 of 2010 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC and hence, seek bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged occurrence and he is in custody for the past 25 days. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that non bailable warrant was issued on 06.06.2013 and the same was executed on 04.12.2015 and if the petitioner is released on bail he may abscond again the trial will stand still.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, this Court directs the Trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.100 of 2010 on day to day basis purely on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. sd/- 29/12/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
