RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditon imposed on the petitoners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.209 of 210 of 2020 and Crl.A(MD)No.25 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.209 and 210 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD) No.25 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.209 and 210 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.25 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2411 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) Nos.209 and 210 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.25 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
