[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has come up with the habeas corpus petition for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Meenakshi, wife of Chandrakumar, aged about 42 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard Mr.P.Santhana Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that after filing of the habeas corpus petition, the detenue has now joined with the petitioner. Since the prayer sought for in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

habeas corpus petition has become infructuous and hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
