Challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated 30 November 2021 recorded on group of petitions being W.P(MD) Nos.5245, 5294, 5296, 5299, 5350, 5358, 5365 and 5305 of 2020. The present appeal arises from writ petition in W.P(MD) No.5245 of 2020. This appeal is by one of the unsuccessful writ petitioner.

W.A(MD)No.168 of 2022 was the subject matter of appeals being WA(MD)Nos.134 & 135 of 2022 which are dismissed by this Court vide order dated 17.02.2022.
