This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.199 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the trial had already been over and the second petitioner / Accused No.2 was acquitted by an order dated 13.06.2016.
