ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 02.03.2021, wherein, it had been stated that the request of the petitioner for grant of legal heir certificate has been rejected in view of the fact that her husband is having more than one wife. 2.In view of the rejection of the petitioner's request, this Court does not think that the writ petition can be kept pending anymore and therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent, dated 02.03.2021 in a manner known to law, if she is so advised. No costs.
