PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to modify the order by relaxing the condition totally in Cr.M.P. No. 235 of 2022 on 21.01.2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Pudukkottai.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the order by relaxing the condition totally in Cr.M.P. No. 235 of 2022 on 21.01.2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Pudukkottai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in Crl.M.P.235 of 2022 dated 21.01.2022 directing the petitioners to appear before the concerned police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that first petitioner is the sugar patient and the other petitioners are searching for government job, thereby, the petitioners seeking modification of the said condition.

4. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai after taking into consideration the crime committed by the petitioners has passed the order, hence this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge.
