ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to pass an order to withdraw the case bearing M.C.No.32 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Ramanathapuram and subsequently transfer the same to any other competent Court in the nearby District more particularly the Family Court, Madurai, Madurai District forthwith.

2. The learned cousnel for the petitioner submitted that there are three proceedings pending between the parties in various Courts and now two cases have been transferred to learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram. On that ground, the petitioner wants to this matter is also transferred to the above said Court.

3. In view of the above, the proceedings in M.C.No.32 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Ramanathapuram, is withdrawn and ordered to be transferred to the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram. The Family Court, Ramanathapuram, is directed to transmit the entire case records to the learned Principal District Judge, 2/4

Ramanathapuram within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After receiving the entire records from the Family Court, Ramanathapuram, the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, take the matter on file and assign a new number and also issue notice to the parties for their appearance. After appearance of parties, the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, shall dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of appearance of parties.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
