RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by order dated 13.02.2017 in Crl.OP (MD)No.1477 of 2017 and modified by order dated 16.03.2017 in Crl.MP (MD)No.2259/2017 directing the petitioners to report before the responden police daily at 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.T.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 24.07.2017 and investigation has not been completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
