ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 , A-2 and A-3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.66 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and a false case has been foisted against them. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the injured person has already been discharged from the hospital. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on each executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
condition that the petitioners shall appear before respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.
