Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.SENGUTTUARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN,GOVT.ADVOCATE (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Mr.Sanjay, the learned counsel representing Mr.P.Senguttuarasan, submitted that the learned counsel on record is went to his native place to attend family function, due to that, he could not appear on 30.06.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
