ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner wants to sell the petition mentioned land in favour of a private party. When the sale deed was presented for registration, it was not entertained by the third respondent. That led to the filling of this writ petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petition mentioned survey number is one of the survey numbers catalogued by the Hon'ble Lodha Committee and that is why, the third respondent is unable to entertain the document. If that be 2/4

so, as and when the petitioner re-presents the document, a proper refusal check slip shall be issued. The third respondent cannot orally decline to receive the document. The stand of the third respondent must be reflected in writing. 4.With this direction to the third respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
