ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to give sufficient police protection to the petitioners and the private hospital Doctor who has given treatment to the petitioner.

3. The said petition filed in the year 2014 and as such now the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
