ORDER

This quash petition is filed to direct the respondent police to conduct fair enquiry in crime No.185 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.185 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent police has been completed and laid the charge sheet, which was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.167 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Trichy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
