ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as single accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 379 (NP) I.P.C, in Crime No.1059 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and a false case has been foisted against him. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has stolen a sum of Rs.20,000/- and the injured has already been discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with some certain conditions.

5. i) Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) before the trial Court to the credit of Cr.No.1059 of 2015;

ii) On such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai, and on his executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
