************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to expedite proceedings in complaint vide Diary No.2420/CR/2022 Case No.2435/22/15/2022 pending on the file of the respondent. 2.Heard Mr.D.Rajaboopathy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.F.Deepak, learned Counsel for the respondent.
3.The petitioner has preferred a complaint before the Human Rights Commission on 04.02.2022, which was registered in Dairy No.2420/CR/2022 and the same is pending before the respondent Commission. Since the said complaint remains unattended by the respondent till date, the petitioner has preferred the present Writ Petition.
4.The said complaint has been taken on file and the same is pending according to the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the complaint, this 2/4
Court cannot pass a specific direction to the respondent to pass orders on the said complaint within a stipulated time. It is for the respondent to take into consideration the said complaint and dispose of the same at the earliest. If there is any urgency, the petitioner can make a request to the Commission for early disposal of his complaint.
5.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
