This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament schedule to be held on 13.01.2018 at 10.00 PM to 14.01.2018 between 7.00 PM in the name of the Friends Boys and Himalaya Group, Thandalaiputhur, Thandalaiputhur Post, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year during Pongal Festival the petitioner conducted Kabadi Tournament. Likewise, in this year also, the petitioner has a proposal to conduct a kabadi Tournament from 10.00 PM on 13.01.2018 till 07.00 PM on 14.01.2018 and for that, he gave a representation to the respondent, but, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on or before 12.01.2018. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
