ORDER

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking the relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner pending from 16.05.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. 3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal even at the stage of admission. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the final enquiry was conducted on 18.11.2024 and orders were also reserved. However, thereafter, the first respondent has not passed final orders in the petitioner's appeal and therefore, he seeks for suitable directions to the first respondent to dispose of the pending appeal expeditiously.

5.Considering that the enquiry has already been concluded and on the reminder is only passing of final orders at the end of the first respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal, within a period of eight weeks from today.
