ORDER
The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that there is no complaint pending as of now on the file of the second respondent. The second respondent earlier received a complaint of job racketing against the petitioner. Due to non co-operation of the complainant, the same was closed. It appears that a similar complaint has been given against the petitioner before the some other police station.

3. Since as on date, there is no cause of action against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent, this criminal original petition stands closed.
